Use Rooms

Introduction​

In the device menu there is the item:

  • Room use

The function allows you to choose whether to use SOL-LED+ as a regulator for two independent rooms or as a regulator for a single room with two synchronized outputs.

Actual menu path​

Route:

MENU -> Device temp -> MENU -> Room use

In the real menu loop, Room use comes after Device temp and before the return to the main page.

Default value:

  • 2 rooms

2 rooms mode​

In 2 rooms mode, each output can have separate settings:

  • program;
  • dawn duration;
  • sunset duration;
  • Intensity';
  • relay;
  • night light;
  • energy saving;
  • coordinates AstroGPS;
  • Personal and Custom2 parameters.

The room change button selects which room is displayed and changed.

1 room Mode​

In 1 room mode, the operating room is room 1.

Stanza 2 copies from stanza 1:

  • main light;
  • night light;
  • inspection ramp;
  • relay status;
  • temperature-related safety locks.

The room change is blocked on room 1 and the room signaling LEDs indicate the combined use of the outputs.

When to use it​

Use 1 room when:

  • two LED groups illuminate the same environment;
  • for power reasons you want to use both programmer outputs;
  • you want the same sunrise and sunset on both outputs;
  • no separate programming is needed.

Use 2 rooms when:

  • the two environments must have different times;
  • one room uses AstroGPS Timer and the other a different program;
  • relay, energy saving or night light must be separated.

Confirm and save​

With UP or DOWN you change the value.

With ENTER the control unit:

  1. save the parameter;
  2. reinitialize the active room;
  3. reinitializes the light ramps;
  4. return to the main page.

With MENU you exit without confirming and return to the main page.
