This notice supplements the Season Generator Privacy Policy and applies to the manuals website.
Data processed
The server processes technical data needed for security and operation. A PDF download records name, email, product, language, requested page and consent choices. The IP address is stored only as a hash. Online reading remains available without providing a name or email.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after consent. It measures viewed pages, acquisition source, approximate country, device and engagement time. Personalised advertising and Google Signals are disabled. Organic search queries may be analysed in aggregate through Google Search Console.
Purposes, legal bases and retention
Technical data is processed to provide and protect the service. Download data fulfils the user request; marketing requires separate optional consent. Analytics relies on consent. Data is retained under the general Privacy Policy and cookie consent is requested again after six months.
