Intended use
SOL-7000 is intended for professional photoperiod management using compatible lamps and systems.
Any use other than that intended, or inconsistent with the technical instructions, is considered improper.
Compliance
Product conformity is assessed on the actual configuration supplied and accessories used.
For correct installation always consider:
- hardware revision;
- product version;
- accessories;
- wiring;
- diet;
- installation environment;
- technical documentation supplied with the product.
WEEE
The product must not be disposed of with household waste.
At the end of its life it must be returned according to local rules to authorized centers or services for electrical and electronic equipment.
Warranty
The warranty covers defects according to the applicable legal terms and commercial conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- incorrect installation;
- improper use;
- incompatible loads;
- exceeding the declared limits;
- unauthorized modifications;
- opening the device;
- unauthorized software modifications;
- external events or overvoltages;
- failure to comply with the instructions.

Before requesting assistance, prepare:
- product model;
- order number or purchase reference;
- installation photo;
- lamp profile;
- description of the problem;
- photos or videos of the problem if available.
