Care, identification and assistance

The license plate exactly identifies the product. Before ordering spare parts or requesting assistance, note the model, voltage and number of bars connected on the same circuit.

Routine maintenance

• turn off the power before intervening;
• check cables, connectors and fixings;
• clean only with a dry, soft cloth;
• do not use water, solvents or aggressive detergents;
• do not repair or modify the rod circuit.

If it doesn't turn on, first check the voltage, polarity and continuity of the wiring. Do not replace a bar with a different tension model.
