Care, identification and assistance

To order a replacement or request assistance you need the model shown on the plate, the system voltage and a clear photograph of the rod and connectors.

Periodic checks​

  • turn off the power before any intervention;
  • check that cables and connectors are not loose or damaged;
  • clean with a dry, soft cloth;
  • do not use solvents, liquids or compressed air on the components;
  • replace a damaged bar without changing the wiring or polarity.

If a bar does not light, do not disconnect live connectors. First check the power supply, cable direction and connected model. For assistance, communicate the model, tension and number of bars present in the chain.
